Console App to Browse Property Bag

When you use Property Bag extensively, its always useful to have click & run utility that you can pass over to your Administrator to execute and provide the output

Here is a Console Application that iterates through the Sharepoint hierarchy and outputs the Property Bag at each level :

• Farm
• Web Application
• Site Collection
• Site
